Three steps to order in your things
No training and no spreadsheets. Start with a single shelf and take it from there.
Sort into places
Warehouse → room → rack → box. Up to four levels of nesting and nine kinds of storage places — from a whole room down to a carton or a nightstand.
Add your things
Take a photo — the AI suggests a name, category, tags and price. You can also fill it in by hand or import a ready-made list from Excel.
Find and track
Search for an item and see where it is and how many there are. Mark it as taken or lend it to someone until a due date — the history is kept.

Bring items in from CSV, XLSX or a ZIP with photos. Don't like the result? Undo the whole import.
Take a photo — AI fills in the rest
Auto-catalog recognises the item from a picture and suggests a name, category, tags and an approximate price. You check it and save. Turn on quick add to enter items one after another without going back to the menu.

Basement, cottage, no-signal warehouse — no problem
Skladik keeps a copy of your data on the phone. Offline you can still open cards, take items and add new ones. When the connection comes back, changes sync by themselves, and if an item was edited on another device the app shows it and lets you choose.

You can use Skladik without a single sticker: items are found by search. But if you have lots of similar boxes, a label with a QR code saves time — point the camera and the card is open.

Frequently asked questions
Is the app in English?
Not yet: the interface is in Russian. This page is translated so you can see what the app does and read our policies.
How much does it cost?
All Skladik features are free right now. If paid plans ever appear, we'll announce them in the app in advance, and the data you have created stays yours.
Do I need a label printer?
No. Items are found by search, stickers are optional. If you want them, save a label as an image and print it on any printer — or print from your phone on a Bluetooth thermal printer that supports ESC/POS.
How do I add lots of items quickly?
Take a photo of an item — the AI fills in the name, category and tags; in quick-add mode the camera is ready for the next one straight away. If you already have a list in a spreadsheet, import it from CSV or XLSX, with photos as a ZIP archive.
Do I need an internet connection?
To sign in and for the first load — yes. After that the app also works offline: it opens cards, accepts changes and sends them to the server once you are back online.
Can I use existing barcodes?
Yes. The app gives every item its own code, but you can also link an existing barcode to the item — then scanning that barcode opens it.
How do I work with colleagues?
Create a team and invite people by link or SMS. Everyone gets a role — owner, admin, member, worker or viewer — which decides what they can change.
What happens to photos I send to the AI?
A photo is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, only when you start an AI feature yourself. The answer is kept in your account's request history. Details are in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app open the «Ещё» (More) tab → «Профиль и настройки» (Profile and settings) → «Удалить аккаунт» (Delete account). Your folders, items, photos, history and personal team are deleted. No access to the app? Write to us.
