Delete your account

You can delete your Skladik account and all its data at any time — right in the app, or by request if you have no access to the app.

In the app

The app's interface is in Russian; translations are in brackets.

  1. Open the «Ещё» (More) tab.
  2. Go to «Профиль и настройки» (Profile and settings).
  3. At the bottom of the screen tap «Удалить аккаунт» (Delete account).
  4. Read what will be deleted and tap «Удалить навсегда» (Delete forever).

The account is deleted immediately. This needs an internet connection: offline the app deletes nothing and shows an error — try again once you are online.

Without access to the app

Write to support@skladik.io with the subject "Account deletion" and include the phone number the account is registered to. So that nobody can delete someone else's account, we will ask you to confirm the number is yours. We delete the account within 10 working days after confirmation and let you know.

What is deleted

  • the account and the phone number in it;
  • your personal stockroom: folders, items, quantities, prices, notes, tags, fields, history, jobs, stock counts, pick lists, vendors, orders, alerts, reports;
  • all photos of items and folders and pictures from the AI request history;
  • API keys, webhooks, settings, sign-in sessions and push tokens;
  • teams with nobody but you in them.

Shared teams. If you are the only owner of a team that has other members, the team is not deleted — ownership passes to the most senior remaining member. Records you created are deleted together with the account.

What is kept and for how long

  • Database backups — deleted data disappears from them within 7 days.
  • Request contents in the server log — up to 30 days.
  • Server request logs (without contents) and sent SMS logs — 12 months: they are needed for SMS cost accounting and abuse prevention. They are no longer linked to any account anywhere in the Service.
  • Crash reports — up to 90 days.

After deletion

Deleted data cannot be restored. You can sign in with the same number again — a new, empty account will be created. If you want to keep your data, export reports to CSV, XLSX or PDF before deleting.
