Consent to personal data processing

A separate document, as required by Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". The consent is given when you sign in to the Skladik app and stays in effect while you use it.

This is an English translation for your convenience. The Russian version is the governing one; if the two differ, the Russian version prevails.

I, a user of the Skladik mobile app (the "App"), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, acting knowingly and on an informed basis, consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Operator

Operator: the owner of the Skladik app, email: support@skladik.io.

2. Purposes of processing

  • registration and sign-in to the App, identifying the user;
  • providing the App's features: storing and syncing stockroom data, teamwork, label printing, reports;
  • running the AI features I start myself;
  • sending notifications about events in my account and team;
  • security, abuse prevention, fixing errors;
  • answering my messages.

3. Personal data covered

  • mobile phone number;
  • name (if I provide it);
  • photos and other information I enter into the App;
  • IP address, device and client software information, sign-in session information;
  • device push token (if I allow notifications);
  • technical information about errors and app usage, including screen recordings with text and images masked.

4. Operations and methods

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out with automated means.

5. Third parties engaged in processing

I agree that the Operator engages the parties listed in section 5 of the Privacy Policy: DigitalOcean, LLC (hosting and data storage), SMS Aero and Telegram (delivering the confirmation code), Anthropic, PBC (AI features), Google LLC and Apple Inc. (delivering notifications, statistics of the Android version) — to the extent needed for the tasks described there.

6. Cross-border transfer

I agree to the cross-border transfer of my personal data:

  • to Germany — storage of all App data at DigitalOcean, LLC;
  • to the USA — to Anthropic, PBC, Google LLC and Apple Inc., including to a country that does not ensure adequate protection of data subjects' rights — to the extent described in the Privacy Policy;
  • to the Telegram service — when the confirmation code is delivered via Telegram.

I understand that I may choose not to use AI features and notifications if I don't want data transferred to the USA.

7. Term and withdrawal

7.1. The consent remains in effect until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn.

7.2. I can withdraw the consent by deleting the account in the App («Ещё» → «Профиль и настройки» → «Удалить аккаунт») or by sending a request to support@skladik.io that includes the phone number linked to the account.

7.3. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days, except for data it may keep without consent on the grounds provided by law (Art. 6(1)(2)–(11) of 152-FZ) — for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.

7.4. The consent is deemed given at the moment of a successful sign-in to the App with a confirmation code after reading this text.
